Please click on the link that corresponds to your type of receiver.  Please note that the software is incompatible across the different types of receivers and if you download the wrong software into your receiver, it will render it inoperable and it will void its warranty.

 


SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD SECTION

Thank you for visiting our download section.  Some of the files in this section may require some programs that may not be available on your computer.  If you need to unzip a file and you do not have WinZip, then please click on the link to download on your computer.  Some files maybe in a RAR format, please click on the RAR link to download it and then install it into your computer.  The Satcruiser model can use the Microsoft Windows Hyper terminal software.  You can download from your own Windows CD, or you can down load it from this HyperTerminal link.
 

General instructions for software upgrade.
1.In order to download the software, you will need a 9 pin female to female null modem cable.
2. Turn off the receiver using the power switch on the back of the receiver.
3. Connect the null modem cable between the receiver and the computer.
4. Activate the downloading software.
5. Select the communication port.
6. Select the file to download into the receiver
7. Activate the transfer function
8. Initialize the receiver when the download is completed.

Please note that each receiver has its own method from downloading the software, read the instructions for your particular receiver.

You will need to unzip it using WINZIP then install it by running the program SETUP. Will automatically calculate your magnetic deviation based on your location.
