service is second to none. The technical department is knowledgeable, courteous
and is reachable five days a week Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM
U.S. Eastern time.
You will never enter into the twilight zone of voice-mail, our customers will always
reach a real person during business hours. E-mail and fax inquiries are answered
within 24 hours.
Beir Nabala Satellite Communication is an actual store with normal
business hours, it is not a virtual Internet Store Front.
